"Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day."
The global pandemic going on since the end of 2019 is having devastating consequences upon the whole world. We have witnessed our country go from a roaring economy with record employment to being engulfed in a crisis that threatens our freedoms and way of life. The entire world sits in the cross hairs of catastrophe. Millions of Americans have lost their jobs, businesses, health, and in some cases, their lives.
If this crisis is not averted soon we will likely witness many nations and economies crumble leading to widespread social and political unrest.
The severe strains on the global supply chain are unprecedented. Our Father is not the author of death, viral outbreaks, sickness, disease, hate, fear, lack, insufficiency, or darkness. He is Love and in him is no darkness.
"This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all." -- (I John 1:15)
It is our Father's will for everyone to be saved. What the enemy intends for our harm our Father can turn and use for our good.
"No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord." -- Isaiah 54:17
One of the most famous passages that people turn to in times of trouble is Psalm 91. Ironically, it was written by Moses after he experienced Passover firsthand. I believe that this Psalm offers supernatural protection for people willing to speak it and believe it. I believe that Psalm 91 holds great promise. Psalm 91 should be read and confessed regularly throughout the world. It should be a national prescription for America to do effective battle in the spirit realm against the forces of darkness aligned against us.
The devil is trying to sift America. His plans and purposes are to destroy our country and establish global tyranny. We need divine intervention and a quick answer before this pandemic descends into something horrific. Our duty is to praise and thank the LORD at all times and trust him for the answers.
"I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth." -- Psalm 34:1
“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” -- Psalm 118:24
As believers and followers of Jesus, we aren't supposed to be downtrodden and discouraged. We serve a Creator King that can heal the sick, raise the dead, give sight to the blind, make the lame walk, the deaf hear, the blind see, walk on water, and miraculously feed his flock.
Even though the whole world is dangling over the edge of evil, destruction and collapse, I believe that Jesus is going to supernatually protect and rescue the true believers who trust Him and His Word just like he did with the Israelites in Egypt.
Psalm 91 and the blood of the Lamb are the antidote. If you want to do something about this crisis then now is the time. Get into the Word. We may be going through a rough time, but our Heavenly Father is always faithful to his children.
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." -- Psalm 23:4
Read Psalm 91 out loud with your friends and family. Speak it in boldness over your homes, your families, your businesses, your church, our nation, our leaders, and our brothers and sisters throughout the world.
"Lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen." -- Matthew 28:20
I heard someone say recently that if an unseen virus could cause this much fear and panic in the world, just imagine what our Creator can do with mustard seed faith at work in his children.
"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." -- Hebrew 11:6
This is a global rescue mission. We need to use this crisis to expand the Gospel and give the entire world the opportunity to know Jesus as the Savior while there is still time. The Church was born for such a time as this. This could be the greatest witnessing opportunity the world has ever seen since the first century when the Apostles went out and turned the world upside down.
“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” -- Ephesian 3:20
I'm doing my part by publishing this website and hopefully lighting a fire in the hearts and minds of believers to take action. I'm radical enough to believe that our Savior will move mightily in this situation. We need to pray for all of our leaders to see us through this crisis. It is essential that we get bold and start taking steps of faith. Stop becoming a hinderance to solutions. Like President Kennedy said many years ago, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day..." -- Ephesians 6:10-13
God's children have answers, solutions, and insights that are much needed. May God silence the mouths of the naysayers, the doubters, the unbelievers, and all of those who are doing nothing but griping and complaining. I say to everyone who has spiritual ears to hear and spiritual eyes to see to Rise up now! Today is the day of Salvation.
Let's go and change the world!
